Did you know that obesity can lead to cancer? According to Cancer.gov’s website, around 41,000 new cases of cancer reported in the U.S. alone in 2002 was estimated to be due to obesity. I was totally unaware of this statistic until I recently did some research online. Another report shared that about 20% of deaths in women in the U.S. were due to overweight and obesity.
