Beginning Weight: 219
Today’s Weight: 214
Weight Loss To Date: 5 pounds
Sorry it took me all day to share my weigh in! I weighed early this morning, like I usually do, but then I got busy and haven’t had a moment to stop until now.
Last week was ROUGH! I didn’t do very good at all. I’m happy for my single pound weight loss, though because it could have been a lot worse. I’m very thankful I didn’t gain any back.
This weekend my sisters and I had family in from out of state. I was worried that I’d really fall off the wagon when they all got here. I’m happy to report that I did much better over the weekend than I did all week last week! I’m pretty proud of myself for that.
This week is going to be much better. I just feel it in my bones. I am feeling like I’m gaining back my motivation, which I so desperately needed. I’m weighing myself religiously every morning. I know lots of people say that’s a big no-no, but it really helps keep me in line. That daily reminder provides that extra push I need to try harder.
Anybody else want to weigh in today?

Keep it up hope!
About the scale everyday thing…look at it this way. It’s like watching water boil. It may seem like it’s taking forever when your watching it…but when it starts to simmer, you know a rolling boil is soon to follow.
I really don’t know if that made any sense at all but it sounded really good in my head. Anyway keep it up!

When I am serious about watching my weight, I definitely weigh myself every day. It’s that constant reminder, just as you said, and it certainly helps keep me on track. I’m with you.
