Cut Your Losses
Many people who go on diets tend to return to their unhealthy lifestyle. Why? They can’t get over all the things they’re losing, in order to lose weight. Sound crazy?
What’s the first thing you thought about when you decided it was time to lose weight? If you’re anything like me you probably thought about all the food you would not be able to eat anymore. Right?
When you’re ready to get serious about living healthy and losing weight, there has to be a shift in the way you think. You can’t sit and pine over not being able to eat that extra portion, or a bag of chips, or two candy bars at once. To lose weight, and keep it off, you have to cut your losses. Forget about them. They’re no good for you anyway. Focus on being a better you instead.
