Looking back now at pictures of me then, I wonder what in the world was wrong with me. Why didn’t I like the way I looked? Why didn’t I feel good in my own skin?
The one thing I would probably do different from Bethenny is use sugar-free syrup. Smuckers makes a really good sugar-free pancake syrup that would be awesome with this.
Today has been a doozy of a day. It started out pretty good. But then something happened around lunch time that threw me for a loop.
There’s a really cool page on their website though that lets you set your mood to music. Being the music lover that I am, I had to share this with you.
I’ve been reading up on Johnson’s UpDay DownDay, also referred to as JUDDD or Alternate Day Diet. I’ve never been one to try “sucker” fad diets. But I don’t believe this can be categorized as such, and I’m thinking this one could really work.
