What Is Your Worst Day of the Week?
I’ve been using Weight Commander since I started back on Weight Watchers. I absolutely love this program, and highly recommend it again as a tool to aid you in your weight loss.
I usually open up Weight Commander every morning and log my weight. I keep it open throughout the day so I can type my thoughts in the personal journal within. If I’m having an especially bad day, I try to write down what I’m thinking or feeling. I think being able to go back and review/reflect on these entries is key to changing my bad eating habits.
So anyway, last Thursday morning when I opened it up, I had a red notice that said something like: “Important: Read Now.” When I clicked on it, there was a chart with the days of the week and a note telling me to be careful. According to all my check ins throughout the last few weeks, Friday has been my worst day.
How cool is that? This program actually tracks your progress (or lack thereof) then warns you before your worst day of the week, so you can prepare ahead.
Now, thinking about this, I wondered if everyone who is losing weight knows which day of the week is their worst. Do you know? When you know that you’re more susceptible to failing one particular day of the week, you’ll be able to better prepare yourself to deal with that day in a more productive manner.
Statistically, Friday is my worst day of the week. What’s yours?
