Week 6 Weigh In

weekly weigh in Beginning Weight: 219
Today’s Weight: 208
Weight Loss To Date: 11 pounds

I’m so irritated with myself this morning. I was down to 206, but I messed that up last night.

When the kids and I got in from church, I was tired. That was Warning Sign#1. I put on my jammies and started feeling junk food cravings. That was Warning Sign #2. I fixed myself a small bag of popcorn. When I finished eating that, I still wanted something more to eat. Not because I was hungry, though. I just wanted to eat. That was Warning Sign #3.

I’ll take my single pound loss for last week, but I’m not happy at all about it. (This seems to be a recurring theme with me, doesn’t it?)
