Weighting Line Asks: What’s On Your Plate For Lunch?
I thought it would be fun to see what healthy choices everyone’s making for lunch around the b5media Health & Wellness Channel. So I emailed a note asking everyone, “What’s On Your Plate For Lunch?”

Kristen King, of Lively Women and Biz Chicks Rule is a sucker for a good salad. This mesculin mix includes sliced grape tomatoes and is topped with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette with extra-virgin olive oil, fresh ground pepper, Herbes de Provence, and a little grated Parmesan cheese:

Karen Lynch, of Pink Ribbon Review, is having oven-roasted turkey breast sliced a top a bed of oven-roasted sweet potatoes and garden greens and veggies:

Marijke Durning, of Help My Hurt, says she doesn’t usually have such a large lunch, but she was going out and wouldn’t have much of a supper. So she decided to have left over grilled chicken with some broccoli and potatoes:

Don’t they look good? I’m a big sweet potato fan, myself. I made some sweet potato fries (in the oven) last week that were WONDERFUL!!
