Do You Yo-Yo Like Oprah Winfrey?

Oprah-Winfrey_nc The mighty Queen of Talk herself, Oprah Winfrey, has been in the spotlight many times throughout her years of talk show fame for her infamous yo-yo weight issues. At one point, she was so thin I personally thought she almost looked sick. It seems that lately she’s on the up-swing of weight gain again, although she looks healthy now.

This up and down weight loss and weight gain is something familiar to me. In fact, I have often wondered if it might not be hereditary, as I’ve watched my mother swing on that yo-yo, too. Much like her, I’ve swung back and forth over the last decade or so, losing and gaining weight, then losing it again. It’s frustrating to say the least.

So, back to Oprah Winfrey and yo-yo dieting. How do you know if you are a yo-yo’er? Is there any way to tell? Maybe, and maybe not. Take this quick yo-yo dieting quiz and see what you think . . .
