Weight Loss to Date: -15
Yes, it seems I’m on the upswing now. Frustrating! But it’s my own fault. I know I didn’t do good last week. I didn’t stick to my Points Target at all any day of the week. I ate out a lot last week, too.
Accountability is tough!

Don’t fret!
Between me and you (and the world), I’ve lost almost 40 pounds since January. Simply by eating less, walking a little bit more and thinking positively! :) I feel great. I still have about 80 pounds to go before I am at my “goal” weight, so I hope to keep it up and be at my goal by Christmas!

Way to go Ellie! That’s awesome! I have my good days and bad. Lately seems like more bad than good. But I know it’s just a slump and if I just pick myself up and try again tomorrow, I’ll make it. :)
