Think you can’t lose weight because you hate strict diets? Eat out a lot and don’t want to change that fact?
A man in Virginia has defied all traditional diet rules by eating almost every meal at McDonald’s every day and still managed to lose 80 pounds in 6 months.
Before you run to McDonald’s and order a Big Mac and large order of fries, know that he did this by sticking to a lower-fat menu, like grilled chicken wraps and apple dippers (minus the sugary dipping sauce).

This simply goes to prove that you can lose weight eating anywhere you want. You just can’t eat anything you want. Be smart about your food choices, whether you’re eating at home or on the go.

I eat out daily. But, I make healthy choices and couple them with lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. I do not have a full kitchen in my apt, so I am limited as to how much storage and cooking space I have (i.e. I do not have a stove at all). I have to be a bit creative, but I manage to eat lots of tasty, nutritious meals.
It probably also helps that I work in New York City, so I can walk a few blocks from my office and pick up a pound of grapes or some apples on the street!
