I took yoga for two years following a major health scare - and although I do not have access to a class here in my “one light” town here in NJ, I do practice the breathing techniques daily.
If I were to get a set like this, I’d definitely practice yoga daily - because I love the way it makes me feel - alive, peaceful and happy!

I used to be a regular practioner of yoga, but afte my child was born all of my attention has gone to her. I think we’re both ready for a steady exercise routine/meditation. i’d like to aim for 5 days a week.

Answering honestly, I would probably work in stretching and breathing exercises daily, but commit significant time to doing postures and series 2-3 times a week.
This is a GREAT prize! I am longing for the yoga belt and flash cards!!!

I have been wanting to do yoga, properly, for a while. So much so that I was hoping to buy a Wii Fit when it came out.
If I were to win this prize, I would try to do yoga at least three times a week as part of my work day (I work from home) as it would give me a reason to get out of my chair and away from my desk.
On Help My Hurt, I’ve done a few posts on yoga and I’m hoping that it would help me relax and manage my pain.

I would commit to 6 days of yoga each week. I love yoga; it is calming and I feel so much less anxious when I practice regularly. This is a wonderful giveaway and I would be thrilled to win!

I would like to get back into doing yoga, especially after just giving birth three months ago. With taking care of a baby, I’d try to do yoga again at least 3 times a week. I could squeeze it in during nap times. Thanks for sharing!

What an awesome contest!
I used to do yoga every day, and had no problem committing to that because I loved it so much. If I won one of these sets, I’d probably commit to about five days a week until I got back into practice and could do it every day.

I am going to be honest and say 2 times a week. I have other forms of relaxation and exercise but have always been interested in pursuing yoga. This would be my chance to do so.

I used to live near a center and I practiced daily - it was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself mentally, physically, or spiritually. I’d love to get back to practicing daily, but realistically I can commit to three days a week at home.

Ok, I love this giveaway, in fact, I must find a way to sabatoge everyone else’s chances. Yes.. I’m being selfish, It’s almost my birthday, I blame it on that! :)
I did yoga throughout my 5th pregnancy and LOVED it, #6 I slacked off a bit, but still did some.
Now that I will be 35 in two days, I had just blogged about this the other day stating I wanted to start doing it 3 times a week, and really get myself back into taking care of my inner self with exercise and mindset alteration. This would be wonderful!
I also do this with my kids and we all find it so wonderful for our peace of mind!

Several years ago I was a yoga fiend and diligently practiced most days, but alas life got in the way (or I allowed life to get int he way) and I haven’t regularly practiced in years. So if I won this kit, I would commit to practicing 3 days a week, with a goal of working up to 5 days a week within two months. But realistically, I would be proud to consistently practice 2 a week.

Yoga is so good for the body & I would love to have my own set/stuff instead of borrowing others. I would practice at least 3 times a week to de-stress and tone up. Thanks for having this great giveaway.

My wife and I will dedicated 3 days a week each to yoga, maybe even 4 (1 on the weekend). Yoga is something that neither one of us practices, but have always wanted to. I was first really intrigued with yoga when I saw that professional football players practiced yoga and it kicked their butts.
I like exercises that test my body, and yoga is something I think can do that. Plus it will help me bond with my wife.

If I won this set I would do yoga 3-4 days a week at night. I currently work out in the morning doing weightlifting and cardio. I would love to do a calm, relaxing exercise at night. Plus I could use some work on my flexibility!

I got away from my practice and would love to start again. (I was getting free instruction) I am re-doing my bedroom to have a place to meditate and re-start my practice! My 14 yr. old son is going to meditate with me, too!
