Free Giveaway - A Woman’s Guide to Saving Her Own Life
While we are concentrating on losing wealth and living healthier lives here at Weighting Line, one of the most important topics we could ever discuss is knowing your own body.
Mellanie True Hills is a women’s/heart health expert,
CEO of the American Foundation for Women’s Health and
www.StopAfib.org, and author of the award-winning A Woman’s Guide to Saving Her Own Life. She was previously the Internet pioneer who led the creation of JCPenney.com, a high-tech executive and Internet strategy consultant at Dell Computer and Cisco Systems, and an internationally-known consultant and best-selling author.
Mellanie has been featured recently in Better Homes & Gardens and
Heart-Healthy Living magazine and appears frequently on national TV and radio. Newsweek said about her that “a near-death experience prompted Mellanie to make a career of telling others what they need to know about heart disease.”

I think this is a great book; my father just had some health troubles, including a diagnosis of “afib” and I think it would be prudent for me to read up on the topic!
