Get Ready, Get Set…

I’ve decided that Monday will be my weigh-in day. I’m allowing myself one more lax weekend and that’s it. Before you fuss at me and tell me that I’m only hurting myself by waiting until Monday, let me just say that I’m already segueing myself back into my WW habits by…

  • drinking more water
  • cutting my portions (except for last night’s dinner)

Some things I need to work on and change in the coming weeks include:

  • getting more exercise
  • eating more fruits and veggies
  • stop bringing junk food into the house
  • eliminate late-night eating and snacking

Monday morning I’ll post my weigh in and share some of my weight loss goals with you. I hope you’ll do the same!
