Give Up One Thing
Are you still struggling to lose weight? Have you done everything you think you need to do to shed the pounds, but they are still hanging on for dear life? There might be one more thing you can do to lose those last few pounds.
Think about your daily eating habits. If you keep a food journal, flip through the last few weeks. See if you find a recurring food popping up in your entries that isn’t exactly healthy.
I’ve shared here before that Doritos are often my downfall. I love them. That’s why I either have to not buy them, or be very careful in avoiding them if I have a bag in the house.
Maybe for you it’s chocolate, or tacos, or french fries, or sugar-filled coffee drinks. Whatever you notice showing up in your food entries, make a note of it. Give it up. Go without it for 2-3 weeks and see if there is a change in your weight.
