Weight Loss to Date: 27
Last week was another doozy for me. Since the kids went back to school, I’ve been lost…and eating everything in sight.
I’ve gotten off to a better start today, though. I’ve already had two bottles of water (40 oz.). I’m planning a light lunch, followed by my afternoon coffee break, and then a light dinner.
